Relax at FWB Pool House; Renew at the beach

Experience Fort Walton Beach Pool House, featuring a private swimming pool, gourmet kitchen, and eco-friendly comforts and less than 10 minutes to the beautiful emerald green waters of the Gulf of America. Perfect for family & friend gatherings, sports tournament groups, business trips, and beach getaways, enjoy Southern coastal charm just minutes from the Gulf shores and local sports venues.

Perfect Retreat for Families and Visitors

Unlike corporate rental companies managing hundreds of properties,
FWB Pool House is our focus. We personally maintain every detail, from
the crystal-clear pool to the thoughtfully stocked gourmet kitchen. We’ve
equipped our home with what guests actually need: a large cooler for
tournament weekends, dedicated workspace for business travelers, boat
parking for water enthusiasts, and bikes for exploring the neighborhood.

This is for Hurricane Isaias recovery – Okaloosa County is running Points of Distribution (PODs) for free water, food (MREs), and tarps. Ice has been handed out by the state/Guard in the region too, but county PODs are listing water/MREs/tarps right now.

Here are the active sites from the County EOC:

South County – Main POD

Destin-Fort Walton Rigdon Center (formerly NWF Fairgrounds)

1319 Lewis Turner Blvd, Fort Walton Beach, FL 32547

• First site opened Saturday Oct 10 at 10am, was open until 4pm that day • Supplies: bottled water, Meals Ready to Eat (MREs), tarps • This is the County’s main distribution point – it will expand as supplies arrive.

County says: POD distribution is for Okaloosa County residents in need

North County PODs

County opened north county sites specifically for residents still without power:

1. Baker Park – 1450 Charlie Day Road, Baker

2. Garden City Park – 6330 Garden City Road, Crestview

• Monday Oct 12 from 1 – 3:30 p.m. – limited supply of tarps, bottled water and MREs

3. Crestview Public Library – 1445 Commerce Dr, Crestview, FL 32539

• Was open Sunday Oct 11 from 1-5 p.m. for north county • County has been rotating north locations daily, so check for today. What to know for TODAY (Oct 13): 1. Check live: MyOkaloosa.com EOC page – https://myokaloosa.com/eoc/home – they update POD times daily at 12pm. The north sites yesterday were 1-3:30pm, so today’s may be similar. 2. Bring proof of residency and only go if you are without power/in need – supplies are limited, county asks you to shop reopened stores if you can: Publix, Walmart, Aldi in Destin, Fort Walton, Mary Esther, Niceville, and Crestview are open 3. Multi-Agency Resource Centers (MARCs) opening tomorrow: Starting Oct 14: • Destin-Fort Walton Beach Convention Center, 1250 Miracle Strip Pkwy SE, Fort Walton Beach – 10/14-10/24, 7am-7pm (1pm-7pm on 10/14) • Crestview Community Center, 1446 Commerce Dr, Crestview – same hours

These will have financial help, tarps/muck-outs, volunteer resources, etc.

If you need ice specifically – Florida National Guard has reported handing out bags of ice, water, MREs and tarps statewide (4,635 cases water, 2,646 bags ice), but county PODs are currently listing water/MREs/tarps only. Ask at the POD if ice arrived today.
